The Palisade Fire Department has four (4) steps to the process of becoming a member.  After completing the application, the applicant will be given 2) a background check; 3) an oral interview and 4) an agility test.  The applicant must past all four (4) steps before being accepted. 

The Fire Department is taking applications at this time. Please call (970) 464-5602 Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm should you have any questions or concerns.

Applications for volunteer positions are available at all times  during the year.  Stop by Town Hall or the Palisade Fire Department to obtain an application.

Please complete the application, attach your drivers license history, criminal history background and any copies of your certifications. ( i.e. CPR, First Aid, EMT or FF), print the form and return it either by mail or in person to the Fire Department or Town Hall.
